Million Dollar Quartet

February 7-March 9, 2025
Original Concept and Direction by FLOYD MUTRUX

Back in 2019, SLO REP brought Million Dollar Quartet to our stage and took San Luis Obispo by storm! MDQ was the hottest ticket in town for five incredible weeks and still tops the charts as one of the most-attended shows ever on our stage. If you saw it then, you know you want to see it again. And if you missed it then… you better buy your tickets early!

On a Tuesday night, shortly before Christmas 1956, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Elvis Presley gathered at Sun Records in Memphis, Tennessee. This was their only performance, a cultural flashpoint that caught rock ‘n’ roll at the moment of creation. MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET brings that legendary December night to life with a tale of broken promises, secrets, betrayal and an incredible score performed live onstage by world-class actors and musicians. Songs include Blue Suede Shoes, Fever, Walk the Line, Sixteen Tons, Who Do You Love?, Great Balls of Fire, Folsom Prison Blues, Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On, Hound Dog, and many more.
