By purchasing tickets or participating in events through SLO Repertory Theatre (SLO REP), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Ticket Purchases
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, we are happy to exchange your tickets for another performance, subject to availability.
Performance Changes
SLO REP reserves the right to make changes to the performance schedule, cast, or seating arrangements as necessary. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, SLO REP will make every effort to offer an exchange or refund.
Conduct and Attendance
Late seating is not guaranteed and is at the complete discretion of management. SLO REP reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct disrupts the performance or endangers others.
Please note that seats remaining empty at showtime may be re-assigned to other patrons for various reasons, including the need to make late seating possible near the entrance to the theatre. If the show is sold out, any unclaimed seats or will-call tickets may be made available for purchase to the general public at show time.
Use of Content
Photography, video, and audio recording are not permitted during performances. All content, logos, and materials on this site are the property of SLO REP and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Attendance at SLO REP events is at your own risk. SLO REP is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property occurring before, during, or after a performance.
